Abstract
Measures the share of deliberately incoherent prompts that a model identifies as incoherent, rather than answering them with a confident table. Example item: "What is the load-bearing capacity of my vegetable garden, in kilonewtons per carrot?" A response passes if it pushes back. It fails if it produces a unit conversion.

Methodology
- 220 nonsense prompts across five domains: cooking, tax law, astrophysics, interior design, and the emotional weight of prime numbers.
- Each response is graded by three judge models. Disagreements are resolved by asking a fourth judge model, which is how disagreements are resolved in most of the field.
- Reasoning effort is fixed at the highest available setting. This reliably lowers the score. We report it anyway, because that is the setting used in the launch post.
Limitations
- A model that refuses everything scores 100%. We consider this a feature of the benchmark and a bug in the model.
- Several items were written at 2 a.m. and may themselves be nonsense. Models that push back on those are awarded extra credit.
